What happens if my ceremony runs over schedule?

We build a minimum 30-minute contingency buffer into every booking. In the unlikely event that your day runs significantly over the scheduled window, additional time is charged at a pre-agreed hourly rate communicated clearly in your booking contract.

Yes. We operate throughout the Home Counties — Surrey, Kent, Essex, Hertfordshire, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire — and regularly conduct weddings as far as the Cotswolds and Hampshire. Long-distance transfers are welcome; please enquire for a bespoke quotation.

Every vehicle in our fleet is detailed to concours standards before each engagement. The cabin is hand-cleaned, the exterior is machine-polished, and the leather is conditioned. You will never arrive at a vehicle that carries any trace of a prior booking.

Is a deposit required to reserve my date?

A non-refundable reservation deposit of 25% is required to secure your wedding date. The balance is due 28 days prior to your event. Full terms and conditions are provided with your booking confirmation.
